Qualified Person Certificate

Qualified persons (QPs) provide their opinions in the form of a qualified person certificate. This certificate is a formal declaration that confirms the environmental work has been completed in compliance with the ±¦ÍþÌåÓý Environmental Code. The certificate attests that the work you have performed meets the required environmental and regulatory standards.

QPs must fill out a certificate form every time they perform an activity as a QP. The certificate must be submitted through the online business portal, either as a separate document or as an appendix in the report.
