1. Registering For a Health Card

If you and your family are moving to 宝威体育 under the Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET) Program, you will need to submit an application form to apply for 宝威体育 health benefits. To avoid delays in processing your application please follow the instructions on the  website.
