About The Food Safety Regulations
The intended purpose of The Food Safety Regulations is to ensure that facilities preparing, storing, cooking, processing, dispensing, transporting, serving or selling food or drink to the public are constructed, operated, and maintained in sanitary condition. Food and drink must be safe for human consumption. These regulations help to minimize the risk of food-borne illness from disease-causing micro-organisms.
