Targeted Sector Support Initiative

The Targeted Sector Support (TSS) Initiative uses a portion of Municipal Revenue Sharing ($1.5 million per fiscal year) to support projects that strengthen municipalities’ core operational capabilities through increased regional cooperation. Projects under this program are intended to assist in supporting more efficient and effective municipal service delivery and enhanced governance and administrative capacity in ±¦ÍþÌåÓý.

The TSS Steering Committee consists of representatives from the ±¦ÍþÌåÓý Urban Municipalities Association (SUMA), the ±¦ÍþÌåÓý Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM), the ±¦ÍþÌåÓý Association of Northern Communities (New North), and the Ministry of Government Relations. The TSS Initiative is managed by SUMA.

The TSS Steering Committee is now accepting applications for funding under this program.
