Registered Psychiatric Nursing
The prepares registered psychiatric nurses to meet the challenges of modern health care delivery. The program is offered in Regina.
Licensed Practical Nursing
The prepares licensed practical nurses to meet the challenges of modern health care delivery. The program is offered in Saskatoon, Regina and Prince Albert.

About the Chief Nursing Officer
The Chief Nursing Officer works with the ±¦ÍþÌåÓý Health Authority and nurses to provide exceptional patient- and family-centred care, nursing care, and service to the people of ±¦ÍþÌåÓý.
The Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for:
- Providing nursing policy and practice guidance, and advice to the Minister, Ministry, ±¦ÍþÌåÓý Health Authority, stakeholders, and public;
- Provincial planning, coordination, and leadership;
- Monitoring the requirements of nursing workforce; and
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating policy that furthers nursing research, education, leadership, scope of practice, staff/skill mix, quality workplaces, recruitment, and retention initiatives.
