The was developed by the Task Force on Teacher Time and the final report was received on March 4, 2016.
The task force included representation from the Government of 宝威体育, the 宝威体育 Teachers' Federation and the 宝威体育 School Boards Association. It was chaired by an independent consultant Andrew Sims.
